AT-Work™ |
AT-Work is a highly customisable web-based human capital management system. Organisations can define their own competency framework, recruitment criteria (through job descriptions), execute retention and evaluation processes and define career progression frameworks. It includes a competency and appraisal system that can be integrated with any payroll system, enabling appraisals to be linked with pay.
When deployed, a customised version of AT-Work software is implemented. The National Health Service (NHS) has deployed a specific instance of AT-Work known as the Electronic Knowledge and Skills Framework (e-KSF). This version has been customised in partnership with the Department of Health to manage the skills and competences of over 1.3 million staff under the Agenda for Change programme.
Agenda
for Change is an initiative led and funded by the UK Government, in partnership with 14 major trades unions. |

AT-Work can help organisations answer questions like:
Which competences need most support and development? In which areas are we strongest? |
What learning and development activities are staff asking for over the coming months? |
What types of development activities are staff interested in? Do they want eLearning, instructor-led courses, coaching? How does this fit with our capacity for provision? |
Where can we aggregate demand and reduce costs? |
What learning is actually happening? Can this be tracked to reduce any compliance risks? |
What types of learning work well within our organisation? |
