AT-Feedback is a web-based tool that automates the entire 360° feedback gathering process. AT-Feedback allows you to build feedback questionnaires, collect and store responses, track raters progress and the tool compiles responses into reports that highlight strengths and gaps.

AT-Feedback ensures that an employee receives a candid critique of their strengths and limitations. AT-Feedback provides behavioural observations from a cross-section of peers, direct reports, managers, and customers to enable employees to see themselves as others do. AT-Feedback also allows for your staff to conduct a self-assessment that is then compared with the observations of others.

AT-Feedback can be deployed as a standalone tool or as part of an integrated AT-Work deployment, where the feedback is available at both the review and PDP stages. AT-Feedback is a highly configurable, training free tool that lends itself to rapid deployment and provides accurate and easily accessible data.
